Microsoft O365 Portal Common issues

I can’t login to portal.office.com to edit my 365 account using chrome –

Error–>Microsoft account doesn’t exist

Solution

  • Using Microsoft latest IE explorer.
  • Check for Browser setting ( no proxy should be there Tools->Internet optionsàConnectionsàLAN Settings àAutomatically Detect Settings (should be checked) , Proxy Serverà(should be blank)
